Daryl established his career in senior management roles in insurance, superannuation and transport before founding Enterprise Finance in 1978, which merged with Interlease in November 2011. He is a founding member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA) where he served as President for 3 years and a Committee Member for 18 years and continues to be an active member. During his term as President, he was instrumental in the association being admitted to the peak industry body AELA (Australian Equipment Lessors Association) and was responsible for the introduction of an Industry Code of Ethics. He is also a former lecturer in Asset Finance at Melbourne University and Swinburne University.

Hao has been working in the equipment finance industry for over 15 years in various senior management roles including two years as General Manager of Interlease Group (2012 – 2014) before commencing his broking career. Experienced in all aspects of Sales, Credit and Operations, Hao’s technical knowledge allows him to architect the most suitable finance structure for his clients. Malinda Rathnayake

Mal initially joined Interlease as an Accountant in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience working for mid-tier public practice Accounting firms. After a career which has spanned almost 50 years throughout Queensland regional towns and cities, Wayne continues to evolve with the ever changing demands and practices of the finance industry.
His strong knowledge and understanding of lending and finance started with one of the four big banks in 1970, he then began his own successful finance business in 1988 and is now Regional Manager Queensland for Enterprise Finance who have a solid understanding of the McDonald’s business structure. In this capacity, Queensland-based Wayne sources, advises on and implements the commercial lending requirements for McDonald’s Licensees.

Sweeni initially joined Interlease in 2016 as assistant book keeper and late 2017 commenced the role of Account Executive. Jacob believes that strong business is built on the back of strong relationships and clear communication. Diana embarked on her journey in the finance industry as a settlements officer in 2005 and garnered invaluable experience. Seeking a new challenge, she ventured into the logistics industry, broadening her skill set and perspective. However, her passion for finance eventually drew her back, leading her to join Interlease in 2024 as an account executive. At Interlease, she is dedicated to assisting our customers in navigating their loan journey from inception to fruition, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Outside of work, Diana enjoys indulging her passion for travel, and crossing off destinations and experiences from her ever-growing bucket list. Outside of work Sonny enjoys running, cycling, muay thai, motorbikes and cooking.
Diana embarked on her journey in the finance industry as a settlements officer in 2005 and garnered invaluable experience. Seeking a new challenge, she ventured into the logistics industry, broadening her skill set and perspective. However, her passion for finance eventually drew her back, leading her to join Interlease in 2024 as an account executive. At Interlease, she is dedicated to assisting our customers in navigating their loan journey from inception to fruition, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Outside of work, Diana enjoys indulging her passion for travel, and crossing off destinations and experiences from her ever-growing bucket list. She also cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
